Please thoroughly review our site rules and rental contract before submitting a rental request. Burgundar L3C reserves the right to reject applications for any reason.
You will need to sign our Event Director Rental Contract and Agreement. This will be provided to you once your event is approved and the event date(s) have been solidified.
Burgundar, L3C provides a general liability insurance.

| Late Cancellation | If an event is canceled within a month (30 days) of the scheduled event date the event organizers will be required to pay half of the site rental fee. | ½ Rental Fee |
| Late Payment on Site Fees | If the remaining balance of a site fee (for events that have over 30 participants) is not paid within 7 days of the event this fee will be assessed. It must be paid with the remaining site fee balance before another event can be hosted on-site. | $35 |
| Damages | If damage is done to the site, outside of reasonable wear and tear, a fee covering the cost of the damages may be assessed and must be paid prior to the next site rental. | Variable |
| Improper Site Clean Up | The Burgundar LARP site should be left in a condition where it could be rented to the next game. If a Burgundar Board Member is required to spend a significant amount of time cleaning the site in preparation for the next renter this fee will be assessed and must be paid prior to the next site rental. | $50-$100 |
| Short Notice Rentals | If an event is scheduled within a month (30 days) of the scheduled event date the event organizers may receive a discount of up to 50% on the rental. |
